letsorbit.ai is run by Iron Front Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as WayMaker ("WayMaker", "we", "us"). Your letsorbit account is a WayMaker account, and some sign-in emails and pages come from waymaker.ai addresses. This notice describes what we collect, why, who helps us, how long we keep it, and how to delete it. letsorbit is offered only to people in the United States who are 18 or older.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, your password (stored only as a one-way hash, never readable by us), and the name you choose to go by.
- Your choices: how others see you (obscured by default), your WayFellow's name and look, and when you accepted our terms.
- Your connections: people you ask to connect with, and who accepted or declined, with dates.
- Your WayFellow's memory: what you and your WayFellow store, the apps you connect to it, when those apps last used it, and a record of each change those apps make to it.
- Security records: when you sign up, sign in, reset your password or change your email, we record the event. Your sign-in sessions keep your IP address and browser details. We use these to keep your account safe, to limit repeated attempts and to stop abuse.
- Messages you send us: if you write to us through the form on letsorbit.ai, we keep your name, your email address and each message you send, to answer you. The address a message comes from is used only for a moment, to limit how often the form can be sent, and is not kept with it.
How we use it
We use this information to run letsorbit for you, to keep it and your account secure, to support you when you ask, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and your browser
letsorbit uses only the cookies it needs to work: the ones that keep you signed in, one that remembers for the rest of your browser session that you chose "Not now" when told our terms changed, and two used only while an account is being deleted. Your light or dark display choice is kept in your own browser. letsorbit has no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies or scripts, so there is nothing for a browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.
Who helps us
These companies process data for us to run letsorbit:
- Supabase hosts your account, your WayFellow's memory and the messages you send us through the form in the United States, runs sign-up and sign-in, and keeps the security records above. It also turns your WayFellow's notes into search vectors, inside the same service, so your WayFellow can find them again.
- Resend sends the account emails we send you, such as your sign-up code or a password reset, and delivers the messages you send us through the form to our team's inbox.
- Vercel hosts the letsorbit.ai website and the service that receives form messages, so it handles each visit, including your IP address and browser details.
When you connect Claude or another app, that app reads your WayFellow's memory under your own account with that app, and that app's own privacy policy governs what it does with it. If you switch on remember, the apps you connect can also add to your WayFellow's memory and correct or forget what is in it. Each line an app adds is marked with the app that added it. When an app corrects or forgets something, we record which app did it, when, which note it changed and the reason it gave, and we keep the text it replaced or removed so you can put the change back from your profile page (/you). You can switch remember off there at any time.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or the service, or with a company that takes over letsorbit.
Who can see what
Other letsorbit users cannot read your WayFellow's memory. The apps you connect read it for you.
How your system appears to other signed-in letsorbit users is your choice. Public and Named show your name on it; Obscured shows an unknown system. People you have connected with, and members of an organization you belong to, see your name whatever you choose. If you use letsorbit as a member of an organization, that organization can see what it shares with its members.
Access to your data inside WayMaker is limited to people who need it to run, secure or support letsorbit.
How long we keep it
- Your account, your choices, your connections and your WayFellow's memory: until you delete them or your account.
- Changes your apps make to your WayFellow's memory: the text a correction replaced or a forget removed, and the reason the app gave, for as long as you can put that change back; after that, they are deleted. A record of the change without them (which app made it, when, and which note it changed, while that note exists) is kept for a limited time after that, for security. Deleting your account deletes both.
- Messages you send us: until you ask us to delete them. Deleting them removes them from our records and from our team's inbox; copies in our providers' system logs expire on those providers' own schedules.
- Security records and sign-in sessions: while your account exists. Deleting your account deletes them from our databases; copies in our providers' system logs expire on those providers' own schedules.
- Email counts: a one-way hash of your email address, kept briefly to limit how many emails we send.
- Backups: our databases are backed up regularly, and deleted data leaves the backups as they expire.
- When you delete your account, we keep a one-way hash of your account id, when it was deleted, and counts of what was removed. It holds no email address, name or content.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page (/you). Deleting it removes your account, your profile, your connections, your WayFellow's memory and any files stored for it, and your security records. If you belong to an organization on letsorbit, it must remove you first. Questions about your data go to support@waymaker.ai.
Children
letsorbit is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may delete it.
Security
Your connection to letsorbit is encrypted (HTTPS), our data is stored encrypted at rest, and access to it is limited by role and by row-level security in our databases. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Changes
We may change this notice. We will post the new version here with a new date, and it applies from the date it is posted.
