Who we are
letsorbit.ai is run by Iron Front Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as WayMaker ("WayMaker", "we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you create an account and use letsorbit. Your letsorbit account is a WayMaker account, and some sign-in emails and pages come from waymaker.ai addresses. By creating an account or using letsorbit, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use letsorbit.
What letsorbit is
letsorbit gives you a WayFellow: a personal AI partner with a memory of its own, drawn as your own solar system. You can connect it to the Claude you already use, so Claude can read what your WayFellow remembers.
letsorbit is new and still changing. We are working to make it the best experience we can, but we may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable to you for doing so.
Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- letsorbit is offered only to people in the United States.
- One account is for one person. Use your real email address and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, reset your password and tell us at support@waymaker.ai.
Your content
- What you and your WayFellow store is yours.
- You give us permission to host, store, copy, process and transmit it only as needed to run, secure and support letsorbit for you, and as the law requires.
- You are responsible for your content and for having the right to store it.
- letsorbit is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.
Connecting other apps
When you connect Claude or another app, that app reads your WayFellow's memory under your own account with that app. That app's own terms and privacy policy govern what it does. We do not control other apps and are not responsible for them. To stop an app, remove its connector in that app, or delete your letsorbit account.
AI can be wrong
Your WayFellow, and the AI apps you connect to it, can make mistakes, misremember or leave things out. You use anything they produce at your own risk. Nothing letsorbit shows you is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified person.
Rules
Do not use letsorbit to break the law; to harm, harass or impersonate anyone; to send spam; to store or share material you have no right to; to attack, probe or overload the service; or to get around its limits or security. We may limit, suspend or close any account at our discretion, including one we believe breaks these rules, with or without notice.
Price
letsorbit is free to use today. We may offer paid plans or features. If we do, the price and any terms that go with it are shown before you buy, and you pay only for what you choose to buy. Prices can change; a new price applies only after we show it to you and you choose to keep paying.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page (/you). Deleting it removes your account, your profile and your WayFellow's memory, as the privacy notice describes. If you belong to an organization on letsorbit, it must remove you first. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive (your content responsibilities, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and law) survive the end of your account.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them for any purpose without owing you anything.
No warranties
LETSORBIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", AND YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT LETSORBIT WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS, THAT YOUR CONTENT WILL NOT BE LOST, OR THAT ANYTHING IT OR A CONNECTED APP PRODUCES WILL BE CORRECT.
Limits on our liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, PROFITS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO LETSORBIT OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO LETSORBIT OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR LETSORBIT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 100. THESE LIMITS APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) AND STATUTE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Your responsibility to us
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless WayMaker, its owners, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of letsorbit, or your breach of these terms or of anyone's rights.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and it applies from the date it is posted. If you keep using letsorbit after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using letsorbit and delete your account.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to letsorbit or these terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
General
These terms and the privacy notice are the whole agreement between you and us about letsorbit. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these terms or your account; we may transfer them, including with a sale or reorganization of our business.
